The CryptoMadness Bracket Challenge (CryptoFinalFour, CryptoNationalChampionship) was originally run by the CryptoLiveLeak Twitter account in 2019. This is an annual event in which the top 68 Cryptocurrencies by listed market cap (coinmarketcap.com) compete in a bracket of 64 style challenge where fans vote for the winner via official Twitter Polls.
Prizes include the winning Final Four teams getting featured in a YouTube video from CryptoLiveLeak in addition to giveaways of various CryptoLiveLeak merchandise to participating voters and fans.
